Do you know the fact that almost every human beings scalp is covered with 1, 00,000 follicles? It’s always sounds good if someone have got all their hair, but when it starting falling down the chance of getting each follicle becomes very important. Hair follicles are the part of the skin that helps in growing hair by stuffing old cells together. Thus, Follicles are attached to the sebaceous glands that are responsible for producing sebum in hair. This sebum is very useful for the growth of hair, as it provide moisture to them.
Hair is made up of proteins named as Keratin that is produced by the sebaceous gland. During the growth stage of the hair cycle, these proteins help to grow hair and the melanin is used to provide its color. Follicle on which the hair grow generally, consist by the system of Capillaries. These Capillaries helps in delivering the nutrients such as amino acids, minerals, vitamins etc to enrich the base of the hair follicle for the growth of hair. They are also responsible for the strength of the hair scalp and follicles, as the percentage of blood present in the scalp depends on the health of capillaries and the veins in neck and temples.
